Detailed Installation Steps for Manual Compact Cabinets

1. Install the floor track: The floor track is the running track of the manual compact cabinet, requiring precise horizontal and vertical connections. After measurement, do not fix it first, try sliding two sets of chassis on it to see if it is smooth. After trying without problems, start installing expansion screws.

2. Install the chassis: The chassis are installed section by section, and before use, they need to be connected together with screws and card pins. The installed chassis is directly lifted onto the floor track, and the anti-tilt card is installed to ensure operational safety.

3. Install the columns: The installation of the columns is simpler, just insert them directly into the chassis. Pay attention to the difference between the inside and outside rows where the cabinet doors need to be installed. The columns on the outside will have more holes, which need to be installed on the outside. The side plates are installed in the same way, but the left and right sides need to be distinguished. The side with holes needs to install the operating device, so it needs to be installed on the outside, and the other side is directly installed against the wall.

4. Install the top plate: When installing the top plate of the manual compact cabinet, note that some manufacturers only have holes on one side. This hole is for installing the dustproof plate later and is installed to one side.

5. Install the transmission system: It is installed on the side with holes, and the smooth operation should be tested after completion.

6. Install the hanging plates and shelves: First check how many holes are on the column, then divide them evenly and hang the hanging plates. When installing the shelves, pay attention to ensure that they are inserted into the slots below, and push them by hand. They are only secured when they do not shake. However, due to the need to install cabinet doors, the shelves can be installed later.

7. Assemble the cabinet doors: Install the lock on the cabinet door and twist it. If there is no jamming, the installation is successful.

8. Install the cabinet door frame: Install the cabinet door frame screws on the column. If there are no corresponding holes, it means that the column was selected incorrectly in step 3, and rework is required to find the correct installation location.

9. Install the manual compact cabinet doors: This is the final step, which is actually very difficult. It requires adjusting the installation gap of the manual compact cabinet doors. When opening or closing the cabinet doors, there should be no jamming. Then we install the book stops, and the work is complete.

Precautions for Using Manual Compact Cabinets:

1. Before entering the space between two adjacent units, lock the two units with the self-locking handle to prevent accidental movement of the units and injury to personnel.

2. The weight of items stored in each section of the manual compact cabinet should not exceed 600kg. It is advisable to store objects evenly on both sides of the double-sided rack from bottom to top to maintain uniform load and balanced force on the rack.

3. The manual compact cabinet is only used for storing objects. Do not use the rack and shelves as a ladder to climb, to avoid uneven single-sided load on the rack and causing personal injury.
