Pre-embed the track, groove the road surface, and lay the track on the groove; this method is relatively time-consuming and laborious to install. The actual application effect is no different from laying the track on the surface immediately. Pre-embedded tracks are not easy to cause great harm to the road surface, but it is not easy to remove the tracks.
Track laying:
According to the route map or the raw materials, specifications and models provided by the customer, and prepare a manufacturing notice.
After the electric mobile shelving arrives at the track laying site, the track installation personnel dispatched by the installation department will carry out the on-site track laying work. Straight lines and dividing lines should be corrected according to the customer's enterprise paving regulations, and the foundation paving should be done well.
Electric mobile shelving track laying regulations:
The laying position of the ground track should be the same as or slightly higher than the indoor decorative layer in the soil by 3-5mm;
The moving trajectory is fixed. On both sides of the inside of the motion track, M8 iron expansion nails or nail shells are used at intervals as required;
The bottom edge of the motion track and the ground should be tightly practical, and there should be no virtual span gap to prevent deformation of the motion track after loading.
The electric mobile shelving warehouse is equipped with a warehouse temperature and humidity automatic control system, equipped with a wireless network intelligent natural environment controller, a regional control panel, and an air conditioning control template;
Adjust the natural environment of the warehouse according to this type of mechanical equipment. When the temperature is abnormal, the temperature and humidity of the warehouse can be adjusted immediately;
The warehouse has temperature and humidity detection function. Each regional environmental monitoring system has temperature and humidity fluctuation type records, air index display information, and work attitude display information;
Technical personnel can distinguish the natural environmental conditions in the warehouse according to the specific situation of this type of equipment, promptly deal with safety hazards, and prevent damage to documents and materials; on the control panel supported by the template, the upper and lower limits of the temperature and humidity of the electric mobile shelving can be set. When the actual inspection standard value exceeds the preset value, the system software will automatically turn on the warehouse's internal humidity and temperature control function.
