Prolonged sun exposure can cause discoloration, cracking, and peeling of the paint, and oxidation and deterioration of the metal on file cabinets. If the file cabinet cannot be moved when exposed to intense sunlight, use curtains or blinds to block it. After completing the first three steps, the next adjustment needed is the movement of the frame, checking for any abnormal pushing or pulling, the rotation of the chain, and whether there are any situations where it cannot be moved. The humidity in the moisture-proof room should be maintained within the normal range.
File cabinets should be kept away from humidifiers, as moisture can cause rust on metal and peeling of chrome plating. When cleaning furniture, avoid using boiling water to clean file cabinets. Use a damp cloth, but do not rinse with running water. Of course, the issue to address regarding file cabinets is how to select and then maintain them.
Do not place it with hard objects. Once placed, it should not be moved frequently. Maintain the flatness of the installation and adjust it. Identify problems during trial use.
